These terms apply to your use of this website and to joining the FounderOS waitlist. The site is run by Sytezo, based in Mandrem, Goa, India. By using this site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• Joining the waitlist expresses your interest. It does not give you a right to access FounderOS, a particular launch date, or any price.
• We decide, at our discretion, when and to whom access is offered.
• You must give accurate information and use your own details.

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or to harm others;
• try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• submit false or misleading information, or sign up using someone else's details;
• copy, scrape or misuse the site's content in ways these terms don't allow.

This site describes a product in beta. Features, integrations, availability and pricing may change, or may never be released. Nothing here is a promise, an offer, or a guarantee of any outcome. Names and logos of third-party tools belong to their owners and appear only to indicate planned compatibility.

The site, its text, design, logos and screenshots belong to Sytezo or its licensors. You may view the site for personal use. You may not reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

The site may use or link to third-party services — for example Google, which receives waitlist sign-ups. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change the site or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the site means you accept them.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. We have not yet finalised which courts will have jurisdiction, and will say so here before launch.
