Privacy Policy

FounderOS is a product being built by Sytezo, based in Mandrem, Goa, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sytezo. You can reach us at hello@sytezo.com.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website and join the FounderOS waitlist. Waitlist sign-ups are submitted through a Google Form, and responses are stored in Google Sheets. It does not cover the FounderOS product itself — a separate policy will apply when the product becomes available.

• Waitlist information: the email address, name and company size you give us when you join the waitlist.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.
• Technical information: basic data such as your browser type and device type, collected automatically by our hosting provider, and your approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Aggregate page views: we use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are read and how often. It records page paths and referrers in aggregate. It is cookieless, does not build a profile of you, does not follow you to other sites, and does not let us identify you individually.

• to add you to the waitlist, send you updates about FounderOS, and tell you when access opens;
• to reply to your messages;
• to run, secure and improve this website;
• to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We use your waitlist information because you gave it to us, with your consent, to be contacted about FounderOS. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see “Your choices and rights”.

We use service providers to run this site and the waitlist:

• Google, which receives and stores waitlist sign-ups through Google Forms and Google Sheets;
• Vercel, which hosts this website and provides its cookieless analytics;
• our email provider, which delivers the messages we send you.

These providers handle information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Our providers store and process information outside India, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes information in the EEA, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses apply to that transfer.

We keep waitlist information until we've contacted you about the launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. We have not yet settled on a fixed retention period and will state it here once we have.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent.

Email hello@sytezo.com and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can. You may also have rights under applicable data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, such as the right to nominate someone to exercise rights on your behalf and to seek a grievance redressal. We will publish a grievance contact here once one is designated.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and identifies visitors by a rotating, non-reversible hash rather than by a stored identifier. Google receives waitlist sign-ups only after you choose to submit them. We will update this section if our setup changes.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, including sending it only over encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee complete security, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise.

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. For significant changes affecting waitlist members, we'll notify you by email.
